Lil Monsters Playground will offer Santa Claus meet-and-greet sessions on December 14 at its Windsor and Wellington locations, with professional photography and complimentary prints included with standard admission.

The Windsor event will run from noon to 2 p.m. at Windsor Commons Plaza outside Urban Hippie Nail Lounge & Spa at 1224 Automation Drive. The Wellington session will take place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. inside the playground facility at 6599 Buttercup Drive.

The family-owned business bills the experience as an extended interaction rather than a brief photo opportunity. Santa will perform magic and light tricks during each session. A professional photographer will capture the moments, with 4-by-6-inch prints available for pickup at the playground approximately one week after the event.

Lil Monsters Playground recently offered Black Friday promotions featuring discounted punch passes with complimentary gifts and $10 merchandise deals at its Wellington location.

The meet-and-greet is included with standard playground admission. According to the business website, admission costs $15 per child aged walking to 12 years old, with one complimentary adult per child. Children not yet walking enter free with a paid child admission, though a $15 minimum entrance fee applies.

Lil Monsters Playground operates two indoor play facilities in Northern Colorado designed for children under 8 years old. The venues feature ball pits, volcano slides, climbing structures and designated party rooms. The business is owned by the Doig family and markets itself as a family-friendly facility with amenities for both children and caregivers.

The playground also offers 10-punch passes for $125, field trips for schools and groups, and birthday party packages ranging from $200 to $475, according to the company website.

Holiday events at family entertainment venues in Northern Colorado have proliferated throughout the season. The Lyric in Fort Collins scheduled Goth Santa photos for December 7 during its Family Band Holiday Market, and Foothills Mall hosted holiday tree lighting ceremonies in late November.
