Greeley City Council appoints members to seven boards and commissions
The Greeley City Council voted Tuesday to appoint members to seven city boards and commissions, including the Downtown Development Authority, Water and Sewer Board and Youth Commission. The appointments also filled seats on the Commission on Disabilities, Construction Trades Advisory and Appeals Board, Human Relations Commission and Museum Board. The council took up the appointments under Item 21.
Appointed to the Commission on Disabilities were Martha Keiler and Todd Page, each to three-year terms. David Powell was appointed to the Construction Trades Advisory and Appeals Board for a three-year term. The council also appointed Matthew Estrin, Matthew Hort and Brian Seafried to four-year terms on the Downtown Development Authority.
Lisa Bernal was appointed to the Human Relations Commission for a three-year term, and Shan Craven was appointed to the Museum Board for a three-year term. Sherry Whit Brown was appointed to the Water and Sewer Board for a five-year term. Levi Aldridge and Phoenix Stoll were appointed to the Youth Commission for two-year terms.
After the appointments were read into the record, Mayor Dale Hall moved on to Item 22, a standard motion authorizing the city attorney to prepare resolutions, agreements and ordinances reflecting council action taken at the meeting.
