City approves Allo fiber service agreement

From the Fort Lupton City Council meeting of

The agreement lets the city add municipal buildings to Allo’s fiber voice and internet service, along with licenses for some internet products, and locks in pricing for 60 months. Its eight listed monthly recurring charges total $2,964; the Library, Museum, Golf Course and Code Enforcement each have a listed charge of $182, with installation in 30 to 60 days. A location will not be billed until service is installed, tested and accepted by the city. Installation may take up to 90 days if permits are required, and the agreement says 130 S. McKinley will be fiber-ready by January 2027. The agreement requires the Fort Lupton mayor’s signature; the city may terminate it without cause with 30 days’ written notice.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried).
