COVID-19 hospitalizations dropped to zero in Larimer County for the most recent reporting week ending Feb. 15, while overall respiratory hospital stays remained very low, with just five people hospitalized for COVID, flu, or RSV combined. Emergency department visits for flu-like illness and COVID also stayed under 2% of all visits, suggesting relatively quiet respiratory activity across the county right now.

Among the few new hospitalizations, RSV continues to be the main driver, and older adults remain the most affected group this season for both COVID and flu. So far this month, seniors have been hospitalized for all three major respiratory viruses, underscoring ongoing risk for residents 65 and older even as overall numbers stay low.
