Respiratory illnesses remain at very low levels in Larimer County, with just five hospitalizations reported for the most recent week ending February 8. Hospitals saw 1 COVID-19 patient, 1 flu patient, and 3 RSV patients during week 20 of the 2025–26 season, and emergency department visits for all three illnesses are currently low.

So far this season, influenza has driven the bulk of serious illness, while COVID-19 and RSV have caused smaller but still important impacts, especially in older adults and young children. People 65 and older make up the majority of COVID-19 and flu hospitalizations, while children under 5 account for more than half of RSV hospitalizations. Loveland continues to see the highest flu hospitalization rate, while Fort Collins accounts for the largest share of RSV and COVID-19 cases by number.
