Respiratory illness activity in Larimer County remains very low, with only four hospitalizations reported for the week of February 1. No COVID-19 hospitalizations were reported, while influenza and RSV accounted for all recent serious respiratory cases.

So far this 2025–26 season, influenza continues to be the main driver of respiratory hospitalizations, especially among adults 65 and older. Emergency department visits for flu, COVID-19, and RSV are all at low levels, and early February data show only a small number of hospitalizations among seniors.
