Chicago Title Company is completing a 4,036-square-foot tenant buildout at 3711 John F Kennedy Parkway, Suite 210 in Fort Collins, according to a commercial building permit filed with the city.
Palmer Construction is handling the office renovation, which includes construction of new closing offices, a break area, copy and print area, training room, additional offices and a reception area. The new office will occupy existing space in The Shops at South College, a multi-tenant retail and office complex at the intersection of South College Avenue and John F Kennedy Parkway. The development serves as a prominent commercial destination in southern Fort Collins, featuring retail tenants including Starbucks, Chipotle, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart and Marshalls, alongside professional service providers.
CBRE manages the property for The Shops at South College, LLC, according to Larimer County property records.
