New Belgium Brewing will host a candle-making workshop in partnership with Glow Candle Co. on December 12 from 5 to 7 p.m. at its Fort Collins brewery location.

The event will take place in the brewery's Community Room, which New Belgium regularly makes available for local gatherings, nonprofit events, and community programming. The space typically accommodates 150 to 200 guests and has hosted environmental workshops, fundraisers, and educational programs since the brewery's establishment in Fort Collins in 1991.

Participants will create custom candles while sampling beers from the brewery's selection. The $30 ticket price includes materials for one candle and one beer.

New Belgium announced last week it will host its annual Winter Maker's Market on December 6, featuring more than 40 local vendors selling handmade goods.

The brewery, founded by Kim Jordan and Jeff Lebesch, has operated as a community hub in Fort Collins for more than three decades. According to the company's records, New Belgium has contributed nearly $15 million to nonprofits through community programs, events, and its philanthropy fund.

The December 12 workshop represents one of several seasonal events the brewery hosts throughout the year to engage Fort Collins residents and support local businesses.

Tickets for the candle-making class are available through New Belgium Brewing's website. Registration is required due to limited space in the Community Room.
