New Belgium Brewing will host its annual Winter Maker's Market on December 6 at its Fort Collins brewery, featuring more than 40 local vendors selling handmade goods from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The holiday shopping event will take place throughout the brewery's Community Room, Brewhouse, and West Lawn at 500 Linden Street. Vendors will offer items ranging from puppy bandanas and ceramics to custom ski poles and handmade jewelry, according to the brewery's announcement.

The market has become a regular fixture in Fort Collins' holiday calendar, joining other seasonal shopping events in the region. The brewery, founded in 1991 by Jeff Lebesch and Kim Jordan, regularly hosts community events as part of its local engagement efforts.

Food vendors Sunny Stacks Pancakes and Poppy's Coffee Co. will provide warm drinks and food during the market. The brewery setting allows attendees to shop while enjoying New Belgium's beers and seasonal releases.

The Winter Maker's Market serves as a platform for Northern Colorado artisans to reach holiday shoppers in the weeks before Christmas. The event emphasizes local craft vendors, reflecting New Belgium's stated focus on supporting the regional economy.

Fort Collins hosts several holiday markets each December, including the Fort Collins Holiday Gift Festival with more than 120 vendors and the Winter Farmers Market at Foothills Mall. New Belgium's market differentiates itself through its brewery location and focus on local makers.

The brewery has been a significant part of Fort Collins' craft brewing identity since operations moved to the Linden Street facility in 1995. The company became employee-owned in 2013 before being acquired by Lion, an Australian subsidiary of Kirin, in 2019.

The December 6 market is free to attend. Additional details about the event are available on New Belgium's website.
