Weld County revises right-of-way permit rules

From the Weld County Board of County Commissioners meeting of

Weld County adopted amendments repealing and reenacting Chapter 8 of its code, including Appendix 8-P on right-of-way use permits. At the final reading, a speaker said there were no changes to Code Ordinance 2026-13 and recommended approval. Chair Scott James said no members of the public commented during the final-reading hearing.

Motion carried.
