County amends cistern permit rules

From the Weld County Board of County Commissioners meeting of

Weld County amended Chapter 14, Health and Animals, to address criteria for cistern-use permits. A speaker said Code Ordinance 2026-12 had not changed since the previous reading. Commissioner Scott James said no one offered public comment during the final-reading hearing.

Motion carried.
