The ordinance would adopt Greeley’s 2027 Classification and Salary Plan and the city’s compensation philosophy, making administrative changes to the 2026 plan but no substantive shifts to pay ranges, families or grades. It would take effect January 1, 2027. The schedules list N010 at $15.16 to $21.75 and N210 at $100.91 to $146.32, while E010 ranges from $31,533 to $45,240 and E210 from $209,898 to $304,352.

Passed on first reading with the consent agenda (carried, 7-0).
