The amendment authorizes up to $16,585 in additional payment to JVA from the Street Sales Tax Fund CR 12 UPRR Project funds for design work replacing Broadway’s clay sanitary sewer main, including designing and videoing the existing sewer to locate service connections. JVA’s estimate lists $14,000 to design and profile replacement sanitary lines in 5th and Broadway and $2,585 for Hydro-Physics to scope the existing line, with the estimate covering up to 4 hours, mobilization and a 10% coordination markup.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried).
