Roundabout right-of-way and easement accepted

From the Windsor Town Board meeting of

The resolution accepts right-of-way dedications from three property owners and a temporary construction easement for the Town’s planned roundabouts at 7th Street and Garden Drive and Stone Mountain Drive. One dedication covers 200 square feet (0.005 acre) at Seventh Street and Garden Drive; the easement covers 255 square feet (0.006 acre) at Seventh Street and Stone Mountain Drive. The easement permits surveying and construction work, begins after at least 14 days’ notice that work will start, and expires when the Town completes its work in the easement area. The Town must restore the area as near as reasonably practicable to its condition before work began. The resolution authorizes the mayor to execute the documents on the Town’s behalf.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried).
