The August 2026 Police Department report lists one Police Sergeant vacancy; applications came from internal and external candidates, and 10 were selected for Assessment Center testing. Officers made 323 traffic stops, resulting in 36 citations (11%) and 287 verbal warnings or other actions (89%).
