Architect contract gains $48,289 for subdivision work

The resolution approves up to $48,289 for required master-planning and subdivision services, raising the architect contract to $5,253,462. The Town had removed that work from the original scope as beyond the project’s needs, but later found some of it was required to subdivide the property, a key project requirement; some work has already been performed. The draft amendment would replace the March 26, 2026, agreement with AIA Document B133-2019, but leaves the amendment’s signing and effective dates blank.
