G reported full compliance with Policy 3.8, the compensation and benefits policy governance policy. G thanked the water division, especially Distribution Supervisor Lang, who showed him the condition of the town’s distribution assets on a table and patiently tolerated G’s “best impression of a 5-year-old”; G described Lang as a great person to talk to about distribution across town and water in general. G also thanked Public Information Officer Miller for putting together a fantastic, very well-attended event, and said the team felt very positive afterward about its interactions and their depth.
