Larimer County Planning Commission approves May 20 meeting minutes

The Larimer County Planning Commission voted unanimously June 17 to approve minutes from its May 20, 2026, meeting. The approval came by roll call just before commissioners opened the evening’s public hearing on the LifeQuest Campus and Retreat Center rezone.

Vice Chair Conor Duffy made the motion to approve the minutes, and Chair Lisa Chollet called for the roll call vote. Jon Slutsky, Duffy, Jon Weiss, Shelby King and Chollet each voted yes.

After the vote, the commission moved on to its only substantive hearing of the night, the LifeQuest Campus and Retreat Center rezone, file number 25-ZONE-3797. Before that item began, Duffy disclosed that one of the applicant’s attorneys is related to a member he serves with on the Poudre School Board, but said he did not believe that created a conflict of interest unless the discussion turned to school-related issues.
