Front Range Community College Foundation is accepting 2025-26 scholarship applications through March 1, 2026, offering up to $5,000 for full-time students and $500-$1,000 for part-time students.

Last year, the foundation awarded $1.9 million in scholarships to over 1,000 students, according to the FRCC Foundation Impact Report. This cycle could deliver similar support for Larimer and Weld County residents who apply by the deadline.

Applicants must be enrolled in at least six credit hours. A GPA of 2.5 or higher is preferred, and some scholarships have additional requirements.

"Applying for scholarships is one of the smartest steps you can take to reduce the financial burden of college, and it's well worth the time you invest," according to the FRCC blog.

Foundation scholars are predominantly high-need, first-generation students: 61.2 percent are first-generation and 67.4 percent are Pell-eligible, according to the Impact Report. Foundation scholars show strong outcomes—an 88 percent completion rate and 3.3 average GPA.

The foundation urges students to track deadlines, required essays, recommendation letters and submission details to meet the March 1 deadline. Eligible applicants can access the FRCC Foundation's scholarship requirements and begin their applications through the college's website.
