Fort Collins City Offices Close for MLK Day; Recreation Centers Stay Open
Fort Collins will close all City offices and the Museum of Discovery on Monday, January 19, 2026, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but recreation centers and Transfort will operate on regular schedules.
Recreation centers operate on regular schedules Jan. 19. Recreation venues including EPIC, Foothills Activity Center, Northside Aztlán Community Center and the Senior Center will operate on normal hours Jan. 19.
Transfort buses run on regular schedules, but Transfort offices are closed.
Normal recreation hours on January 19 include:
- EPIC: Monday–Friday 5:30 a.m.–8 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Foothills Activity Center: Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m.–6 p.m.; Sunday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Northside Aztlán Community Center: Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Fort Collins Senior Center: Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
The Gardens on Spring Creek remains open during normal operations. City Park Pool is closed for the season.
All City offices and facilities resume regular hours Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, according to the City.
