Mostly Sunny and Mild in Fort Collins Sunday, With Snow Possible Late Week

Sunday will bring mostly sunny skies to Fort Collins with a high near 66 degrees. Winds will blow from the west-southwest at 8 to 13 mph, gusting up to 21 mph. There is virtually no chance of precipitation, making it an ideal day for outdoor activities. Overnight, temperatures will drop to around 30 degrees under partly cloudy skies.

The first part of the week looks pleasant overall. Monday will remain mostly sunny with a high near 61 degrees and only an 11% chance of precipitation. Tuesday continues the trend with mostly sunny conditions and a high of 56 degrees. Wednesday will be partly sunny with a high near 53 degrees. Winds will remain light to moderate throughout the period from the west and west-northwest.

Late week brings changing conditions worth monitoring. Thursday has a 20% chance of light snow after 11 a.m., with temperatures reaching only 45 degrees. Snow chances continue Thursday night with lows near 18 degrees. Friday will be mostly sunny but cold, with a high near 41 degrees. Temperatures will remain below normal through the weekend, with highs in the 40s and overnight lows in the upper teens to low 20s.
