CooperSmith's Pub & Brewing has expanded its Monday specials to include two additional entree options for its popular two-for-$25 promotion, the restaurant announced November 23.

The Old Town Fort Collins brewpub now offers customers the choice of Cottage Pie and The Schnitzel alongside the existing Pub Burger and Fish & Chips options. Diners can mix and match any two entrees from the four selections for $25 throughout the day every Monday.

The establishment also continues its family-focused promotion of two kids' meals for $6 on Mondays.

CooperSmith's pricing positions the promotion competitively within Fort Collins' casual dining market. The Monday special translates to $12.50 per adult entree, below the typical $13 to $18 range for comparable brewpub entrees in the region, according to local restaurant industry data. The kids' meal pricing of $3 each falls well below the regional norm of $5 to $8 for similar establishments.

The brewpub, located at 5 Old Town Square, established itself in November 1989 as Northern Colorado's first brewpub. According to Visit Fort Collins, the business helped revitalize Old Town Square and influenced the development of Fort Collins' craft brewing industry.

The Monday promotion targets what the restaurant industry typically considers the slowest day of the week, offering value-driven options for both couples and families without requiring additional purchases.

The expanded menu choices provide diners with more variety while maintaining the same price point, allowing customers to select traditional pub fare like burgers or explore options such as the German-inspired schnitzel or traditional British cottage pie.
