CooperSmith's Pub & Brewing has released four new beers on tap, including the return of its seasonal favorite Jingle Ale, according to a November 19 announcement from the Fort Collins brewpub.

The Jingle Ale, a 7.7% amber ale, features caramel and toffee notes combined with a spice blend of clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange peel, cardamom and ginger. The brewery describes it as a "beloved seasonal brew" that customers anticipate each year.

Three additional beers have joined the tap list at the Old Town Square location. Raspberry Tart, a 5.5% sour ale, is brewed with real raspberries. Pickle Waukee, a 4.5% pickle lager, blends light lager with pickle brine in what CooperSmith's calls an "award-winning" recipe. The Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout, at 6.2% alcohol by volume, combines chocolate and ancho chilis for a spicy finish.

Founded in 1989 by Scott Smith and Brad Page, CooperSmith's was the first brewpub in Northern Colorado and helped establish Fort Collins as a craft beer destination. The brewery initially opened with four house beers and now serves approximately 20 house beers on tap.

Seasonal beer releases have become central to Colorado's craft brewing industry, allowing breweries to create customer excitement and strengthen community ties. These limited-time offerings encourage repeat visits and connect breweries to regional celebrations and traditions.

Chris McCombs recently retired after 30 years as head brewer at CooperSmith's, with Jared Lydon taking over brewing operations.

CooperSmith's Pub & Brewing is located at Old Town Square in Fort Collins.
