Club Pilates Front Range Village will host four Pilates classes on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, as studio owners express gratitude to their fitness community in Fort Collins.

The studio, located at 2720 Council Tree Avenue in the Council Tree Shopping Center, will offer classes at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on the holiday. Registration is currently open, with studio representatives noting that spots are filling quickly.

The schedule includes Flow 1.5 and Suspend 1.5 classes led by instructor Sarah at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., followed by Flow 1 and Control 1.5 classes taught by Morgan M. at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Pilates classes generally improve core strength, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination through low-impact exercise, according to industry information. The specific class formats being offered utilize different equipment and difficulty levels.

Flow classes represent the foundational Club Pilates format, using Reformer equipment alongside other apparatus for full-body conditioning. These sessions blend classical and contemporary Pilates methods with progressive resistance training. Level 1 classes are designed for beginners, while Level 1.5 represents an intermediate progression.

Suspend classes integrate TRX suspension training with Pilates Reformer work, creating additional challenge through instability and bodyweight exercises. The suspended straps require increased stabilization and engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. These classes are offered at intermediate and advanced levels only.

Control classes incorporate standing movements and draw from Pilates' dance conditioning roots. Using Springboards, free weights and other equipment, these sessions focus on sculpting legs and glutes while building functional lower body strength. Control classes are also limited to intermediate and advanced practitioners.

Club Pilates operates as part of Xponential Fitness, which oversees more than 1,300 locations worldwide as of 2025. The franchise model was established in 2012 after the company's 2007 founding in San Diego, California. Individual studios like Front Range Village are locally owned under franchise agreements.

Interested participants can register for Thanksgiving Day classes through the Club Pilates Front Range Village website or by contacting the studio directly.
