Bindle Bakehouse Opens Thanksgiving Pie Pre-Orders in Fort Collins
Bindle Coffee's bakery operation has opened pre-orders for Thanksgiving pies, offering Fort Collins residents three handcrafted varieties for the November holiday.
The Bindle Bakehouse announced November 12 that customers can pre-order pies made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. The business, which operates locations including its original shop at Jessup Farm Artisan Village, is offering Apple Crumble Pie with Rosemary Caramel, Traditional Pumpkin Pie with spiced maple pepitas, and Dark Chocolate Cream Pie.
The apple pie features Colorado apples with warm spices and a streusel topping in an all-butter crust. The dark chocolate cream pie, available in a gluten-free option, uses Colombian dark chocolate with a chocolate cookie crust, topped with Morning Fresh salted vanilla bean chantilly cream and Maldon sea salt flakes.
According to the announcement, the bakehouse also offers pints of vanilla bean chantilly cream made with Morning Fresh cream for customers to purchase separately.
Andrew and Jenn Webb established Bindle Coffee approximately a decade ago, combining craft coffee roasting with in-house baking operations. The business sources ingredients directly from farmers and operates as a micro-roastery and bakehouse across three Fort Collins locations.
Customers can place pre-orders through the bakehouse's website before inventory is exhausted.
