Fort Collins Wellness Studio Adds Guest Pass Option for Members
The Movement Apothecary, a Fort Collins wellness studio specializing in Pilates and yoga, has introduced guest passes for members following a software update.
Members of the studio's Mindful Flow or Student Flow memberships can now bring one new client to class each month at no additional cost. The guest pass program requires participants to have never previously attended the studio.
The new feature was enabled through recent upgrades to the studio's membership management platform. Wellness and fitness studios in Northern Colorado commonly use software such as Mindbody, Zen Planner, or WellnessLiving to manage scheduling, guest pass tracking, and member communications.
Guest pass programs serve as a marketing tool for fitness studios, facilitating trial experiences and word-of-mouth referrals within local communities. Industry standards typically limit such passes to first-time visitors and restrict frequency to encourage membership conversions while maintaining class capacity.
The Movement Apothecary operates at 2721 South College Avenue in Fort Collins. Founded by Lacey Estrella, a Master Pilates Trainer with a background in dance and kinesiology, the studio offers mat and reformer Pilates, yoga variations including Yin and Mindful Flow, and specialized classes for clients recovering from injuries or managing neurological conditions.
The studio also provides teacher training and certifications in the DK Body Balanced Method, supporting both individual wellness and professional development within Fort Collins' fitness community.
