Garrett Daniel Fred died after the semi-truck he was driving crashed and rolled over at mile marker 258 on northbound I-25, according to a coroner's office announcement on October 30.
Dr. J. White performed a full forensic autopsy on October 23 at the Larimer County Forensic Sciences Center. Toxicology testing remains pending to complete the investigation.
