Japon Express To Open in Harmony Road Retail Center

Japon Express, a Japanese restaurant, is opening at 931 E Harmony Road, Unit 3 in Fort Collins, according to a sign permit filed with the city.

The business will occupy 1,602 square feet in the Harmony Market retail center, a shopping complex anchored by Kohl's, Sam's Club and Ace Hardware along one of Fort Collins' primary commercial corridors. The space was previously fitted as restaurant space with a commercial kitchen.

TG-1 Sign Company & All Green Construction LLC of Littleton is handling the signage installation. Wayne Tao filed the permit application on behalf of the company.

The Harmony Road corridor serves as a major east-west commercial artery through south Fort Collins, featuring dense retail development and high traffic volumes. The area serves surrounding residential neighborhoods with a concentration of national retailers, restaurants and service businesses.

Other tenants in the retail center include Subway, Manpower employment agency, Incycle Fort Collins South, Outpost Sunsport and Domenic's Bistro and Wine Bar, according to commercial leasing records.

The 931 E Harmony Road property operates as part of the Harmony Market Planned Unit Development, a mixed-use commercial district established through Fort Collins planning processes.

No opening date has been announced for Japon Express. The sign permit remains in processing with the city's building department.
