The Armory Music Venue Expands with New Building in Downtown Fort Collins
The Armory, a live music venue at 314 East Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins, is expanding its operations with a new 6,960-square-foot building at 110 Chestnut Street, according to a commercial building permit filed with the city.
The two-story structure will connect directly to the existing Armory venue through multiple interior passageways, extending the venue's operations into the adjacent property. The expansion includes commercial space for future tenants on the first and second floors, along with a 3,480-square-foot unfinished basement designated for storage.
Brinkman Construction, Inc. of Fort Collins is serving as the general contractor on the project. The permit was filed by Riley Langdon on behalf of the construction company.
The new building will be integrated with the current Armory venue to allow circulation between both facilities, effectively creating a connected entertainment complex in the heart of downtown Fort Collins.
