What homes sold for in Larimer and Weld counties, as the county assessors record them. A sale reaches their records two to seven weeks after it closes, so the latest weeks fill in as they post.

The assessors are still posting August's sales, which reach their records two to seven weeks after they close, so its count will grow; it is set against other months from Oct. 20.

No sale of that kind in August 2026 in Larimer and Weld counties has reached the assessors' records.

From Weld County Assessor (read 12:20 p.m.) and Larimer County Assessor (read 12:21 p.m.). Prices are the recorded sale prices. Deeds of several parcels at one price, quitclaim deeds and nominal transfers are left out, as are commercial property and land. What Larimer County's sales say of the home — its type, rooms, areas, year built, lot and value, and the sales before — is from the Larimer County Assessor's public improvement, account, value and sales files; Weld County's value and sales before, from its parcel and sales records. Neither names an owner here. Price bands are set about the quartiles of the last year's sales: a fifth sold under $400,000, half for $400,000 to $600,000, a quarter for $600,000 to $1 million.
