Price to value is a sale's price over the county's 2026 actual value, which Colorado's assessors set in the 2025 reappraisal from the market as of June 30, 2024; over 22 sales, new construction left out. Left out: 86 sales here with no type of home in the assessors' records, most of them houses sold before the assessor first valued them.
