The median a square foot is over the 93 of these sales whose living area the assessors record. New construction is a home's first sale within two years of being built: 26 of the 93 whose history the records tell. The gain is on the home's last sale the records hold since it was built, over 50 resales; over the 46 held a year or more, +4% a year. Of these, 4 sold again within a year of the sale before. Price to value is a sale's price over the county's 2026 actual value, which Colorado's assessors set in the 2025 reappraisal from the market as of June 30, 2024; over 67 sales, new construction left out. Left out: 2 sales here with no type of home in the assessors' records, most of them houses sold before the assessor first valued them.
