TORTILLERIA LOS COMALES, 1331 9th St, Greeley, Nov. 3 — The observation did not clarify whether there was no certified food protection manager, certification could not be provided at the inspection, or the certified manager was absent. Employee foods and an unlidded, partly consumed employee drink were above ready-to-eat customer food; the employee foods were moved to a designated area below and away from customer food and food-contact surfaces; raw beef was above cooked beef and an uncovered bowl of cooked cabbage, and the foods were rearranged so ready-to-eat food was above the raw items; the dish machine’s final rinse measured 0 ppm chlorine after employees had used it several times, then 100 ppm after the sanitizer supply was refilled and the machine primed.

Weld County's Department of Public Health and Environment grades each inspection Pass, Re-Inspection Required or Closure from the points its inspector recorded.
