A situation in the 7400 block of Poudre River Road was safely resolved as of 7:30 p.m. Nov. 5, Greeley police said.

A heavy law enforcement presence was reported in the block. A Reverse 911 alert had been sent to residents within a half-mile radius, telling them to remain in their homes.

Police will remain in the area to continue their investigation.
