Council named Eagle Spirit Award recipient

At the Nov. 4, 2026, meeting, a speaker announced that the Greater Loveland-Johnstown Area Chamber had named the Loveland City Council the 2026 Mickey Roth Eagle Spirit Award recipient. A speaker said the award honors Mickey Roth’s legacy of courage, leadership and service and recognizes people who put their community ahead of personal interests. A speaker praised the council’s renewed cooperation and professionalism, saying rebuilding trust requires leaders to listen, work through differences and put the community’s interests first.
