Speed hump installation begins Nov. 3 on Alpine Drive and Primrose Lane
The town says crews will work from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; no full road closures are planned, but lane restrictions are expected. Weather and field conditions could change the schedule, with updates to follow.
Crews will begin installing speed humps Tuesday, Nov. 3, on Alpine Drive and Primrose Lane in the Vista Ridge neighborhood, working from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Town of Erie said.
No full road closures are planned. Drivers should expect lane restrictions, watch for crews and flaggers, and follow posted traffic control.
The speed humps are part of the Town's Neighborhood Speed Management Program, which uses traffic calming measures to reduce speeds on residential streets, the Town said.
The work schedule may shift because of weather and field conditions, the Town said. It said updates will be posted as they become available.
