Prairie's Burnett wells averaged about 722 barrels of oil equivalent per well per day
The four-well pad generated 131,490 gross barrels of oil equivalent through Oct. 20.
Prairie Operating Co. reported its four wells at the Burnett Pad in Weld County, Colorado, averaged about 722 barrels of oil equivalent per well per day during their first 30 days of production, with oil accounting for 81%.
The four-well pad generated 131,490 gross barrels of oil equivalent through Oct. 20.
Prairie converted 30 gross locations from possible to proved undeveloped status within the Genesis Oil and Gas Development Plan I as part of its reserve reporting. “Converting acreage into proved reserves is an important step in increasing our measurable asset value,” said Greg Patton, Prairie’s chief executive officer. The Burnett Pad is part of the 5,700-acre Genesis Oil and Gas Development Plan I in rural Weld County.
Prairie says the drilling, completion and early production performance support the commercial viability and expansion of nearby undeveloped locations and give it confidence in future development and expansion across the project area.
