Larimer County

Kiefer Trust parcel split approved

From the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners meeting of

The board approved the minor land division, subject to staff-recommended conditions. The division splits an 89.08-acre agricultural property into parcels of 65.65 acres and 23.43 acres, with no land-use change proposed. The applicant must provide a signed annexation agreement before recording the final plat. The division does not trigger annexation, but the owners must agree to annex if and when Timnath pursues it; any future land division would trigger an annexation requirement. All conditions must be met and the final plat recorded by April 26, 2027, or the approval becomes void. Future development must connect to public sewer or receive approval to use an on-lot septic system.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried, 3-0).
