Building envelope expanded for storage shop

From the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners meeting of

The approval moves and expands the building envelope 30 feet north to make room for a shop intended for recreational vehicle storage. The amendment creates no additional lots and does not change the existing lot’s size or configuration. Any structure in the expanded envelope must meet fire authority requirements and remain non-habitable for residential use unless the current owner pursues all applicable approvals; required permits must be obtained before a building permit is issued. The approval becomes void if its conditions are not met and the revised exhibit or final plat is not recorded by Dec. 8, 2026.

Adopted with the consent agenda (carried, 3-0).
