Firestone auto care center proposed for Windsor

From the Windsor Town Board meeting of

Plans propose a Firestone Complete Auto Care at a vacant 1.434-acre lot at 427 Pointe Plaza Drive in Windsor. The preliminary site plan shows a 6,607-square-foot building, 25 feet, 6 inches tall, with service bays, inventory areas and a showroom. The site plan provides 32 parking spaces, including two accessible spaces and three EV-ready spaces, against 27 required; the landscape plan says utility easements leave the site four trees short of the requirement.
