Severance utility customers can't pay by credit card through Xpress Bill Pay
Customers can use the Town Hall drop box or pay in person with cash, check or money order. The office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a noon-to-1 p.m. closure; call 970-686-1218 for more information.
A town of Severance notice posted Oct. 22 says Xpress Bill Pay is experiencing maintenance issues, and credit card payments cannot be made online or in person.
Utility bills can be paid through a drop box at Town Hall, 3 S. Timber Ridge Parkway. In-person payments at Town Hall are accepted in cash, by check or by money order. Town Hall is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed from noon to 1 p.m.
