Office lease amendment approved

The board approved an amendment to the office lease for Witwer, Oldenburg, Barry and Groom, LLP, at 822 7th Street, Suite 760, in Greeley. Facilities Department representative Patrick O'Neill said the tenant was in good standing at the Chase Building, its current 3-year lease expires December 31st, 2026, and the lease allows an additional 3-year extension; he recommended supporting the extension.
