County proclamation promotes health education

The proclamation’s opening identifies National Health Education Week as October 19th through 23rd, 2026, while its operative clause says the week of October 19th through October 26th, 2023, is to be known as National Health Education Week. Signed by all five county commissioners, the proclamation recognizes community health staff and partners for helping residents build knowledge and make informed health decisions, and describes the Community Health Division’s data-driven education and prevention work. The proclamation encourages residents to learn about division programs, data, resources and healthy-living opportunities at weld.gov/go/healthed.
