Strauss Lakes zoning would split acreage

The ordinance would zone the 147.499-acre Strauss Lakes property at the northeast corner of Ziegler and East Horsetooth roads: 139.835 acres in the Low Density Mixed-Use Neighborhood zone and 7.664 acres in the Medium Density Mixed-Use Neighborhood zone. It would place all 147.499 acres in the Residential Neighborhood Sign District and LC1 Lighting Context Area, and would take effect October 30, 2026.
