October proclaimed Arts and Humanities Month

Mayor Emily Francis proclaimed October 2026 as Arts and Humanities Month on October 20, 2026. The proclamation describes October as a time to celebrate the role arts, culture and humanities play in enriching lives and connecting communities. It says Fort Collins’ creative economy supports jobs, attracts visitors and drives a conservative total of 5.5 million dollars in local, state and federal tax revenue every year.
