SH 392 study targets safety priorities
Windsor is funding a 6.4-mile study of SH 392/Main Street from I-25 to CR 21 to turn priorities in its 2025 Vision Zero Safety Action Plan into projects. The plan named SH 392 the town’s top High Injury Network priority and identified serious-injury crashes at 15th Street and SH 257, as well as gaps in safe crossings near schools. The study would develop recommendations and project concepts with costs; a second work session is planned for spring 2027, with plan adoption targeted for summer 2027.
