County endorses comprehensive-plan update

The board approved a resolution endorsing adoption of an update to the Larimer County Comprehensive Plan incorporating strategic growth and water plan elements. The consent agenda included a construction services agreement between Larimer County and Mahati Construction Company, doing business as Simon, for County Road 70, also known as Owl Canyon Road, and a tavern liquor-license renewal for Noble Wolf LLC for Potbelly Restaurant and Lounge in Red Feather Lakes. The board also began considering a proclamation declaring October Community Planning Month in Larimer County.
