Fort Collins police arrest four in online child-exploitation operation

The department says detectives are concerned there may be additional victims and asks people who were victimized, witnessed exploitation or know someone who was to call its tipline at (970) 416-2125.

Fort Collins Police Services (FCPS) said four suspects were arrested after its Cyber Crimes Unit launched a focused operation in August to identify people interacting with children online for sexual purposes.

Adam Williams was booked into El Paso County Jail Sept. 3 on one count each of Class 4 felony internet luring of a child, Class 6 felony obscenity — promotion of obscene material to a child, and Class 4 felony attempted sexual exploitation of a child. Dustin Kramer was booked into Larimer County Jail Sept. 11 on one count of Class 3 felony soliciting for commercial sexual activity with a child. Ronald Lizan was booked into Larimer County Jail Sept. 11 on one count each of Class 5 felony attempted sexual assault on a child and Class 3 felony soliciting for commercial sexual activity with a child. Luis Vega-Gaspar was booked into Larimer County Jail Sept. 24 on one count each of Class 3 felony soliciting for commercial sexual activity with a child and Class 5 felony attempted sexual assault on a child. The release says all charges are accusations by law enforcement, and the suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Detectives are concerned there may be additional victims, FCPS said. The department asks anyone who has been victimized or witnessed exploitation, or who knows someone who has, to contact the FCPS Tipline at (970) 416-2125.
