Bloom Filing Two plans 32 condos in four Fort Collins buildings
The permits list 58,792 square feet of residential space and 56 bedrooms, with attached garages on each building’s main level. Across six permits, records list a combined job value of $6,322,092.
Four two-story condo buildings with 32 homes are planned in Fort Collins’ Bloom Filing Two, and city permit records show their building permits have been issued.
The planned buildings are at 3179 Crusader St., 175 N. Aria Way, 3286 Comet St. and 300 Flourish Ln. The permits list a combined 58,792 square feet of residential space and 56 bedrooms across the four buildings. Each building is planned with attached garages on its main level.
An application for work at 3286 Comet St. calls for one single-port and one dual-port EV charger, one parking-area streetlight, five bollard lights and electrical power for one park shelter amenity location. At 300 Flourish Ln., an application calls for three dual-port EV charging stations and electrical infrastructure for two parking-area streetlight locations. The two commercial alteration applications have not been issued; both list no change of use. The records list a total job value of $6,322,092 across the six permits.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved Bloom Filing 2 in September 2022. The plan includes nine two-story condo buildings and four three-story condo buildings, with 152 condos in total, outdoor amenities, roads and infrastructure. The city’s April 2026 update said the filing was under construction and its three-story condominiums had been converted to a for-rent product.
