LUX Infusion enters Colorado with Suite Health acquisition
LUX says the combination will add clinical, operational and technology resources while preserving the provider’s personalized approach. The companies also plan to expand services statewide.
On Oct. 15, LUX Infusion announced its acquisition of Suite Health, a move that marks the company’s entry into Colorado.
Suite Health is a specialty infusion therapy provider based in Loveland. Its clinical team combines patient support with referral coordination and provides a welcoming environment for patients receiving complex and recurring therapies, LUX Infusion said. The acquisition expands the resources and care options available to Suite Health’s patients and providers, the company said.
LUX Infusion describes the combination as pairing Suite Health’s established local presence and patient-centered model with its broader clinical, operational and technological capabilities. The companies will seek to enhance the infusion experience, simplify access to care and expand services throughout Colorado. “Our role is to build on that foundation with additional resources while preserving the personalized approach that has made Suite Health successful,” LUX Infusion CEO Ted Kramm said. “Together, we can make it easier for more patients to access the infusion care they need in the setting that works best for them.”
